This Event will leave you with a comprehensive change in your emotional well being.
This mini one day all intensive is a place for you to shift from shameful, self hatred, powerless, angry thoughts into a sense of total ownership of this pain and the first sense of processing the beginning layers of them. You will leave this retreat looking at emotions and thoughts completely differently and you will learn how to meet yourself on a deep level. These processes I have been trained in are capable of completely and permanently shifting patterns and limiting beliefs. Genuine integration of your painful patterns and past experiences. This means feeling a sense of personal empowerment in your life, having total clarity on the resolution needed to make the changes you need moving forward to become the most exceptional legendary version of yourself. People will feel your energy emanating from the heart and they will be attracted to you like a moth to the flame. You will have more access to joy, self love, and love without lying to yourself or bulldozing painful emotions and feelings. My clients and myself attract and manifest powerful things when doing this process, the partner of your aligned dreams and values, people leaving who were no longer a frequency match to you. Do not do this work if you are not ready to feel difficult feelings and make brave, bold and changes in your life you never would have imagined yourself making before.
